Receipts Required
Posts must include evidence — mold reports, HVAC inspections, demand letters, or formal correspondence. Unsupported allegations will be rejected during moderation.
No Doxxing
All personal phone numbers, private email addresses, and exact unit numbers must be redacted from uploaded documents. Violations will result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Permitted: Landlord's full name, rental property address, lab findings, demand letter dates.
Prohibited: Personal phone numbers, personal emails, bank accounts, SSNs, unit numbers.
Indemnity
By posting, you agree to hold the site owners, operators, and administrators harmless from any and all legal claims arising from your submitted content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your posts.
